Hatha Yoga Class | 9:15 am
Yoga has become an integral modality used to reduce stress and worrying, maintain a strong core and to stay limber. We are committed to keeping our weekly program available to synagogue members and to friends in the community. It is a slow vinyasa flow class for adults with some experience and no major health issues. We have a steady community of 12-15 students who practice every Monday morning at 9:15 in the temple. Eileen Edman, a congregant and yoga instructor, guides the class through poses.
Come expand your connections to us by joining us. $5, one hour, in a beautiful space with great women. We supply the venue and water, you supply the mat. Questions? Email, Eileen Edman.

Bible Study | 11:00 am-12:00 pm
Our clergy leads a discussion of the Tanakh, or Jewish Bible. An ongoing process, beginning with Genesis and proceeding over the course of the year. Again, anyone is welcome to join in at any point, whether you are a longtime student of Torah or if you have never looked at the Torah before.
Torah Study | 9:00-10:00 am
Each week our Rabbis lead us as we read from the Parsha, or weekly portion, and learn about its context and history. There is always a lively discussion and anyone is welcome to join us.
All are welcome MLRT Membership not required.
