Fair Share Membership Contribution
The fair share system (income-based) reflects values that are embodied in the core values of our congregation. The membership contribution plan is based upon self-assessment, whereby each member is encouraged to give in accordance with his or her financial ability. We emphasize to all congregants the need to pay an appropriate “fair share” for membership, tuition and other fees. All members of the community, therefore, support the community as a whole according to their means. It is only through cooperation in this area on an annual basis that we can continue our high level of quality programming and services. Adherence to this value and member generosity enables us to maintain our policy that no one is denied membership due to financial limitations. Those who are unable to meet the basic minimum contribution may apply for dues relief by contacting our Executive Director, Missy Johnson, or 610.649.7800. All financial arrangements are kept strictly confidential.
